We also advise our clients in connection with investigations and requests made by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission.

We render advice on cross-border multi-jurisdiction collateralizations (pledge and title transfer) and the related problems with enforcing netting provisions such as the ones contained in the ISDA Master Agreements or similar agreements.
