Our general corporate practise comprises the structuring and incorporation of new business enterprises in Switzerland and the corporate housekeeping on a day-to-day basis.

Together with our clients we seek to establish favorable structures from both a business and tax perspective. We negotiate with the relevant authorities to obtain tax benefits for new businesses.

As part of our general corporate practice, members of our firm are often appointed as external directors.
